    The launch wasn't quality but them getting on it and fixing the issue as fast as they can while not being at the offices and most likely working through remote desktop must be annoying as all hell.

    Yes, I understand that... It's an issue ( under these circumstances) that will take a week for them to solve and they managed to fix it within a day. That's something! A really competent company and its workforce!
