Tells us to read the note, but the note ain't there, chief.

Other questers confirmed, the note ain't there.

Former completionist with all achievements unlocked up until Update 29 (Flames of Ambition). Avid RPer, writer, and former Breton lover. Then Legacy of the Bretons was released and I realized just how boring and uninspired the Bretons are according to the writers.

    I just did this quest today. A piece of paper should have spawned on the floor. Try disabling all addons and exit the game. Once the game completely shuts down, try to reopen the game.

    As a quick work around if this is stopping your progression, although painful, after all other options are exhausted, abandon the quest and redo the last few steps to get up to that point. Usually, that would get it to work.

    Annoyingly this can be completed but only by restarting the quest multiple times until it finally spawns which is a pain in the backside to do

    Same problem, PC/NA. Relog did not help. No note. Abandoned. Will try again if it's fixed in the Wednesday patch.

    I abandoned the quest and started over which fixed it. Pita tho

    Same thing happened to me. No note on the floor, no note anywhere. I had to abandon the quest and do the whole thing over again, not happy. Slightly annoying, but it worked the second time. Just blow the whistle before going upstairs and then follow her.

    Not working for me either. I also tried to send in a bug report via ingame reporting option and the submit button is greyed out. :P

    Wondering if this got noticed and picked up for fixing.

    Got the note, but when I get to the prompt from the NPC (Claudia) to USE the whistle, there is no option to use it - ANYWHERE. And yes, I have tried logging out and back in. No luck.
