I have a ESO account from beta, but not options to reactivate or upgrade to full. How do I create a account/

You can purchase Greymoor from the ESO store in order to fully upgrade your existing account.

Are you having issues with purchasing or accessing the account settings?

I can't login to the game, I jst want to play the f2g game. I played back in beta.
