Hi Zos,

I pre-ordered the collectors edition of Greymoor and it is still in Germany, so I think it will be a few days to reach me in England. Is there anyway it can be activated on my account before delivery?

I cant seem to see a category in support that would be appropriate for this issue to log a ticket.

    Hey there @Efaritay please see this article for steps on how to submit a ticket if you were not able to acquire your PC/Mac Physical Collector's Edition of Greymoor before it launched on May 26th.

    I'm in the US and it didn't even get into the mail stream until today! That's nuts. I don't want to dare to try to put in a ticket because I'm afraid they will screw things up more. It won't be here Monday the EARLIEST. Why not just have it ship to be to us at launch, like every other premium game launch that I have ever been on?
