Think the quest is just needed for remember your progress.for nMA/vMA there is no need for quest... just go to arena.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

fargo_viper✭✭I ran nMA about 5 times yesterday - got a drop each time (nothing I was looking for though). Two handed axe, two handed maul, axe & a shield, bow, and another 2H axe.
