Alliance change token issue?

Hi there,

So I've used an Alliance change token to move an AD character to DC. I made sure that no other AD characters were in Cyrodiil or homed to the main campaign. However, after using the token, it did change my faction and placed me in the major city as advertised, however it still states the campaign is locked for a further 27 days to AD.

Is this normal while the 12 hour wait occurs? or is this broken?

The token doesn't let you change your campaign lock, does it? It's just the character faction, right?

If so, its probably intended. After all, the campaign is locked to that faction, not according to a particular character. I can play all my EP characters on Gray Host and that wouldn't change if I swapped to AD on my main character.

Surely not. If you drop your leaderboard and everything else associated to it, and its the only character locked to Grey Host. Surely after 12 hours you can re-lock/home for the new alliance.

@ZOS_BillE is this by design? What if you moved all AD characters, would you still be locked even though they are not homed or logged into pvp?
