Failed to login via Steam PC/EU

Unable to initialize a connection to Steam. Please ensure the game was launched through Steam or try again later.

It only took 8 restarts of the ESO client to login...

Same here! How is this resolved? After 5 mins I finally got logged in.

The issue is resolved, and the European PC/Mac megaserver is now available. Thank you for your patience!

As there are already multiple threads discussing the recent login and loading issues, we are going to close this one.
