Think the title line says it all. New Update and a Complete Mess. Constant load screens everywhere you want to travel. From reading the forums some folks can't even log in or the game is crashing. I am sure you willl delete this post for BAITING but if the shoe fits you wear it.

This is a pattern, they are consistent in messing up, release after release, working from home or not. No difference.

That's hardly entitlement. I paid for a product that I have thus far not received. I have every right to be frustrated.

Most likely yes, and so will i. I complain about this *** because i LIKE the game. I love the concept i love the story, i love the atmosphere.
I've spent more hours in this game than i probadly should have.

I HATE the fact that every single time, there is even a small thing like a maintenance everything goes bad. Why can't these guys do anything right in one go? Why can barely anything go as planned?

The lag and eternal load screens affecting me in other zones makes me glad I refunded Greymoor and my 6 month sub. I will not give a company my money to support this kind of consistent mess.

People post on the forums because they're figuring out that the PTS feedback was hilariously ignored and now you guys have all these issues. We complain because we want to see the game succeed. But this launch is by far one of the worst I've seen in a long time.

...and without paying a dime to ZOS: it's the first chapter I'm not buying, so, gratz, I'll be adding to server load - and therefore your lag fest - while not contributing anything to salary of the people who sell you the aforementioned lag fest. Life's good.

So far I haven't been disappointed about the outrage that was predicted on the PTS.

Truly terrible. At least I was able to switch zones before today.
So far I have noticed, reduced FPS, looooong to infinite load screens, logging in takes at least 3 times as long. Can’t even log out at times, couldn’t even switch zones earlier.

Oh and I have not even really started playing, was just doing writs. I have 2 done. What a piece of ZOS.

Next update/DLC just roll it out 1 day earlier and make the "official" announcement for the following day to avoid this kind of (repeated) mess.

In the meantime, Zenimax you really should look internally at your quality of work. It is a product, you are a business, leaving your "baby" in such a state (repeatedly) will make your business suffer sooner or later.

You even rolled out PTS for us, which is just spot on in terms of Q&A from customers, but the final result.....well it just speaks for itself especially for EU customers (change your provider if you must, even if you have a contract i am certain somewhere you will find something regarding unsatisfactory service to leave and get someone more reliable).
