Is this related to that "performance improvement" regarding multi-thread character load? I think it's backfired.

    having the same issue, some times i logoff with out it showing up and others it shows up, some are instance others are minutes later

    Just for the record, I just had this problem myself. Also had to quit the game entirely to get back in.
