    No, have been trying for a couple hours but only long loading screens followed by a kick to login screen.

    if I was a cynical person, I would suggest that ZOS has already identified the issue and is using the server uptime to develop the solution. It keeps the few people who are already in happy as they can continue to play, and it keeps the others sitting in front of login screens with some hope... rather than, for example, taking the servers down to work on the fix. That would kick off the few people who are in, and set everyone else loose across social media in their current moods...

    Guild members online in my trade guilds: 22/500 and 9/463.
    About 10% of what you'd expect on a normal night.

    The EU Servers are located in Germany I believe (could be wrong), if so there are strict employment laws restricting hours that can be worked, at this time its probable there is reduced support after patching

    It is broken server sided since years. Are they not enough peoples there to maintaining this server?

    Maybe not, developers generally work days in my experience, after they worked so many hours they cannot work more. Shame they do not locate the servers here in the UK outside of the EU working time restrictions......

    Still no luck getting in. I cant even keep it on background trying to log in and watch HBO because ESO takes so much bandwidth that the picture quality is laggy at best :(

    Why do I prepurchase? .... thats the only reason Im sitting waiting for launch, when I know what happens every damn time. Its actually simple... let them keep that mount and box of whatever, when the EU server breaks again, spend your time usefully untill it runs like the US one, then buy... well maybe next time I will learn....

    Not done it before but because i couldn't get on the EU server i decided i'd try the NA server.. got online pretty fast, created a character and played it for a bit, looks good too. Nothing wrong with the launcher or my system it's the EU server throwing it's toys out the pram. Lets hope they fix it soon.

    Still on the downloading part, been at work all day, but we're way past any prime time for Europe. It's a normal work day tomorrow and most of us have work to go to as in most countries lockdowns are ending. The fact that they're still trying to claim that it's the EU server's "popularity" and player size that's the cause rings incredibly hollow at this point.

    This it so false idek where to start taking it apart. You're allowed to keep working after your daily hours "run out" in the EU, but your boss has to pay you overtime if they keep you. The issue wouldn't be that the devs or engineers can't work any longer, but that ZOS is a cheapskate company who refuse to pay the employees enough if this is indeed what's happening.
