Things we Could Be Doing During this Maintenance

1: Do laundry.
2: Take your first long shower in a month.
3: Finish up any work so you can play guilt-free.
4: Call/message friends you haven't seen in awhile.
5: Binge watch TV shows (I recommend Mystery Science Theater 3000, but your preferences may vary).
6: Get some fresh air (assuming your area is not in full lockdown as a result of COVID).
7: Enjoy a proper meal.
8: Get your hair cut (or do it yourself).
9: Make sure your computer is up to date.
10: Mow your lawn.

And that's just the stuff I can think of off the top of my head. Yes, maintenance sucks, and I want to play just as much as you do. That said, while this maintenance was ongoing, i have done Points 1, 2, and am currently working on 4. Your mileage may vary.

That is all.

I daily drive a 30 years old car, slowly restoring it (not showroom quality, that would be stupid for a daily driven car) but as much as i can.

Some minor electrical nick nacks are in need of attention for the interior, so i would probably go outside and start pulling electrical harnesses and read factory schematics and get my brain challenged.

I'm still working, just from home so I've been working through most of the maintenance. Then I've got to make dinner and eat it (but at least it's not my night to wash up) and sort the washing out. If, after all that the game isn't back online I'll play something else I suppose.

Honestly I just assume I won't be able to play on patch days. Partially because of potential problems and partially because Tuesdays are always busy for me somehow. It's rarely the same things (except the first Tuesday of the month, which is board game night, at least under normal circumstances) but something always comes up.

Play a complete run of Mass Effect. I'm currently on Mass Effect 2. I thought about re-running the Tomb Raider reboot, but I'm already in the third game on the last re-run. I've also done my dailies in GW 2 as well.

lawn done. just had homemade waffles with fresh blueberries for breakfast. I take regular showers anyways, cause we have a home gym and I've been working out with or without quarantine. been outside already, checking on a garden (we have a freestanding house) laundry was done two days ago, not enough new stuff yet to do the next batch. computer is up to date, cause I'm obsessive. i already gave myself a haircut a month ago, that was shorter then I planned for, so growing my hair back out right now. gave myself manicure last night, so I'm set for a week on that. been finishing up Castlevania while on elliptical, going to start on Avatar next (original series are now on netflix, whoohoo!)

anyways, I actualy expected that the game won't be up for a while, even did login rewards last night before going to sleep, just in case so that i don't miss them. have plenty more to do. just humblebragging about that list, I guess :pensive:

but seriously. reading is also something that could happen, or listening to audiobooks. if you all don't have library cards - you should, they are amazing and digital selection has been growing for years now even at my smallish local library.

playing a different video game, if you really want to play something - since quarantine a bunch of companies have been giving away free games, give some of those a try, why not.

    expand your horizons, folks :)

I'm working on artwork and playing another game while ESO downloads and updates, and I can't play until 3pm EST anyways. (It's currently 11:47 AM)
I have been a member of ESO since April 4th 2014 but didn't get a code until recently when I asked.
My @ name on ESO is the same as on here.
