Changing my Guild name

I have been waiting almost a week to change my guilds name with not even so much as a Response, I quit the game a year ago because the game was starting to get boring so I thought I would Reinvent myself, New Character and all, Well I come on the game to find out you cant even pay for a Guild name change, you have to get customer support to help with it, and to top it off, Its not like Covid has a thing to do with why it takes so long, Saw many of posts on these forums of people saying it took weeks, and I dont agree with that, I payed for this game and continue to pay even now for some half assed customer support, All the time in the past All tickets take like 3 days to get even a response The only time it was fast was when I had a Mistaken purchase, I hope that I dont gotta wait a flipin month to get a name change of a guild
