Thanks for that suggestion. My nvme is pretty fast, though by far near the low end of nvme speeds, and the 16 gb ram works pretty well. I didnt want to add a swap until i had a more physical hdd to add to the machine as i worry the swap with wear out my nvme or my ssd rather quickly. If i add another 16 gb of ram, can i make a swap file in ram space? Is there a point with just having enough ram that a swap space becomes irrelevant?I simply must protest.
