Potentates weapon. which box in Cyrodiil?

I was able to get the shield of Potentates from Unidentified Defensive Heavy armor box.

However, I have used 400k AP points but I cannot get "Dagger of Potentates" from Unidentified Offensive Heavy armor Box.
Is this the right one?

I just realized i should have just bought from guildstores for cheap. SMH

Potentates come from potentates boxes btw, the boxes you opened are for the old cyrodiil sets, like fury, vicious death etc.
Btw Google is your friend.

Green Potentates weapons can drop for free from the Cyrodiil PvE quests ... assuming you've done your daily tithing to the RNG gods.
