Stamina / ultimates drain (just another video)

I shared videos with the stamina-bug before in comments.

As here it already starts right in the beginning of a fight, it is actually the one I have that demonstrates it best.
Also my ultimates are consumed without summoning the atronarch.

As you can see well, it is not simply an UI-issue.

    You are not entirely wrong, i think all this started when they messed with the block animation.
    Now not only i can't properly AC some of the skills anymore, but i'm also left with no stamina. Great!

    I had this at a Doleman last night. It happens often after sprinting. I ran in consuming about 80% of my stam pool and the two skills I did fire off (Macicka Templar) consumed stamina. LA was consuming stamina on a destro staff. So after my stamina was gone I was just standing there bar swapping and wiggling my staff in the enemies faces. Ult didn’t fire either which was also somewhat hilarious.

    Honestly I laugh when it happens because my character looks completely ridiculous dancing around bar swapping and wiggling his staff while trying to roll dodge. Whoever is at these particular dolemans must think I’m either trolling or the worst player in ESO history!

    Im like 90% sure, that ever since they started their big performance fixes, they basically reduced the frequency at wich the client and the server communicate certain things with each other. Add some packet loss to that, and suddenly you have massive deysncs.

    Heres and example:

    Lets you are in a battleground, you are sprinting into combat, then you stop sprinting beacuse you want to use abilities.
    Packet loss or communication issue happens, on the client side you have stopped sprinting and seemingly your stamina doesnt drain, everythings fine.
    But on server side you are still sprinting, stamina getting drained etc. Now you have an enemy in sight you want to hit, but oh wait!
    You want to use X ability and the server tells your client, *** you fam, your outa stamina! Suddenly your stampool get resynced, and you left there wandering what happened.
    But wait, theres more, on server side you have been moving faster then client side, so your position on the server is actually not the same as ingame, you try to execute XXXGODKILLAXXX, whos low on hp, but on server side he is behind you.

    And this type of desync can happen very, very often these days. I lost count on how many dawnbreakers i whiffed in the last few months due to positional desync, or things like getting hit by Thurvokuns ice breath even though im nowhere near the telegraphed cone etc.

    And i dont see this getting any better, these issues dont affect overland questing as much, since the content is already so easy, and you spend 80% of your time talking and walking from npc to npc anyway.

    These issues really only start getting problematic at endgame, where your position, resources etc actually do matter.

    Same goes for blocking, on my side i am holding block as someone just cast meteor on me, but server side the message that i activated block doesnt arrive, and suddenly i get stunned and hit for the full amount, or even worse, at first it looks like i blocked on client side, but a couple of seconds later im dead and get teleported back to where the meteor hit me.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno I really hope you guys are aware of the massive desync issues plaguing the game right now, and have some sort of plan to remedy it.

    I understand why server-client communications were curbed, you guys wanted to improve server performance, and prepare for a large influx of new players, but it is causing so many issues in combat, the game can feel almost unplayable at times, even when we are not lagging.
