Gifting DLC pack

so a friend of mine has the imperial city dlc due to it was free, but now I cant gift the 4 dlc bundle that contains osmium, imperial city, dark brotherhood and thieves guilds

any work around for this? since getting the 3 one by one is like almost 66% more in price

They need to contact CS. Have them create a ticket. It is a known issue that Zos has helped with before. It is odd that Zos has not fixed this yet.

BTW, Ticket turn around is very slow right now due to Covid workplace changes and a higher player population for the same reason.

I keep getting auto responses from the ticket, its like they dont even read what im writing in it

Answer once to the auto responses, and then wait. When i submitted my ticket for the same reason, it took them weeks to answer. When they did though they were very helpful, so have patience and keep checking the ticket every couple days

I was thinking about eso+ he has that, if that gives access to dark brotherhood, thrives guild and osinium then it’s not a big deal if that’s the case?

He'll have access to them for the duration of eso+, which should be enough time for him to finish the guilds and questlines. After it's over, he'll still have access to the skills, but not the zones.

I had exactly the same problem a few weeks back, when the 4-DLC bundle was on sale and I could not give it to someone who had already downloaded Imperial City for free. The support ticket took several weeks to process, but the issue was finally resolved.

yeah got a real response on it, and it worked out, with the other one had to make a ticket to redraw the dlc, and then I can gift it
