Imperial to Another Race?

If I were to swap Imperial to another race, would he still retain the Imperial style since its "based on initial creation" ?

Asking to determine if its worthwhile to grab "Any Race/Alliance" pack or not.

Yea he would still be able to craft imperial gear if you race change
