Ticket Response time?
Hello,
I know everything is crazy in the world today and things are moving at a very strange pace for some of us due to the covid-19 pandemic. I was wondering if there was a generalized time frame when tickets are being worked? I had submitted an issue 10 days ago that has been preventing me from accessing my PC account. I had just renewed my ESO Plus and purchased Greymoor and since doing that have not been able to access my acount since. I had submitted 2 tickets one that requested information that I provided within an hour but have never heard anything back. If this continues for much longer and my ESO Plus expires without it being used will it be extended? I am sorry for bringing the question to the forums I just have no idea where else to go and I am sorry if I am being unreasonable about inquiring after only 10 days without any further information. Please if possible any insight would be great!
