Ticket Response time?

Hello,
I know everything is crazy in the world today and things are moving at a very strange pace for some of us due to the covid-19 pandemic. I was wondering if there was a generalized time frame when tickets are being worked? I had submitted an issue 10 days ago that has been preventing me from accessing my PC account. I had just renewed my ESO Plus and purchased Greymoor and since doing that have not been able to access my acount since. I had submitted 2 tickets one that requested information that I provided within an hour but have never heard anything back. If this continues for much longer and my ESO Plus expires without it being used will it be extended? I am sorry for bringing the question to the forums I just have no idea where else to go and I am sorry if I am being unreasonable about inquiring after only 10 days without any further information. Please if possible any insight would be great!

    Current times are indeed longer, 1-2 weeks seems average but many are waiting longer. If you post your ticket number in here, @ZOS_BillE can check to see if it's coming along, is in the right place, etc.

    Do keep in mind that submitting multiple tickets, as well as updating/adding responses to your ticket will push you backwards in the queue, so only respond to their answers, don't try to 'push' the ticket or anything like that. Good luck!

    Thank you. The reason for Multiple Tickets was because I had 2 PC accounts one for myself and one for my kid. When the one ticket was being looked into issues popped up with my kids account after the response from the one. So there are 2 separate issues the tickets are:
