Should Enchants proc on Class skills?

I think Enchants only proc on LA and HA?

why can' t they be like poison but 20% on Class Abilities instead of weapon

Enchantments are done on weapons, so they should only happen with weapon attacks!

I mean, if you poison your arrows, you are not gonne get poison effects when you hit someone with your fist either, do you?

What if the poison on the arrow is VX?

LA, HA and weapon abilities, like Force Pulse, Snipe and so on.. do directly proc enchant when hit if it is not on cooldown. Ground DoT weapon abilities like Endless hail and Wall of Elements keep autoproccing your enchantment if there is an enemy on the area for it to hit, thus making Berserker Glyph as an example be usable also from the back bar so you can have another enchant to proc from front bar with LA/HA and with weapon skills direct damage portion and/or with LA weaving.

So many options for proccing enchants.. imo no need for class skills to do so on top of that. Weapon(skills) and weaving is quite enough.

Well, if you get THAT on your hands while poisoning your arrows... I reckon you are not gonna do much punching anymore (unless some necromancer raises your corpse that is)

It’s about lore, enchantments in elder scrolls are tied to items weapons or armor not to spells.
