I changed my user ID now the game pesters me to upgrade every time I login to the game... it's getting annoying. I am not going to upgrade to Elsweyr when it's going to be made free to ESO plus in 2 weeks...

What is the exact message coming up when you login?

Try running a repair through the ESO Launcher to assist with this issue.

It's just the upgrade to Elsweyr screen where you enter to code...

Ran a repair (it only took like 5 mins) and now the upgrade screen stops popping up!

Never mind I don't think that fixed it... I got asked again to upgrade... the third time today.

Thank you for the screenshot. There may be an entitlement issue on your account causing this window to continually pop up. If you've not done so yet, please go ahead and start a ticket with customer support.

I logged in today after the update and the screen is gone... if it doesn't pop up again then I'm not going to worry about it.
