While I think it’s probable that it will come late this year, I would not trust anything a rep has to say about stock and when it will be delivered.

On launch day for Summerset, I received an email saying my item couldn’t be shipped, despite the fact I had ordered it in March and it was confirmed for launch day delivery. Their live reps told me my March “order confirmation” email was nothing more than a waitlist request and they’d run out of stock and would never have any more. I requested that they cancel so I could order elsewhere. They said they had, and I did. Two days later I got both the other copy and the Amazon copy that multiple reps claimed they didn’t have and would never get. I must have spoken with five or six people, and no one could explain anything.

YMMV, and I hope you have a much better experience, but it seems pretty clear to me that their reps can’t be trusted to know anything about their actual stock and actual delivery dates.

Hi captain obvious,

I got my artic MX paste ...2 days late... and I live near a hub. It was just sitting in the warehouse until they got around to it.
Same thing with newegg and computer parts.

Until I see the shipping process updated, I'm just assuming it'll be on time.

And how is your example buying 3rd Party different than buying any other product 3rd Party ... ?

When customer service reps provide occasional incorrect advice that isn't exactly breaking news.

The overreaching issue, here, is that when players enjoy the "perks" of buying 3rd Party vs. Direct (such as being an Amazon member) ... it's super easy to forget about the risks of buying 3rd Party.

from my experience,even the same day delivery is not 100% accurate with amazon-not every time tho,i got items the day they said but i want to play Greymoor on May 26 and not 2-3 days later and wait courier in front door
i ordered the digital collectors for pc account and i may wait for physical collectors edition for ps4 if becomes available
my only concern is the download size and how many hours will take to be able to play
