Video Capturing Black Screen with Sound

Sometime between March 19 and March 26, Fraps started capturing only a black screen with sound when I try to do videos of ESO gameplay. It still works on other games, so it's just an issue with ESO (both live and PTS).
I've tried:
1) Updating my video card driver
2) Switching to OBS Studio
3) Changing in-game Video settings from Ultra-High to High to Medium to Low to Minimum
4) Switching Display Mode from Windowed (Fullscreen) to Windowed to Fullscreen
5) Switching the Fraps (and OBS Studio) capture from 30 FPS to 60 FPS
Does anyone have suggestions that might work for me? I'm trying to finish up the Greymoor PTS updates on ESO Fashion and only have the videos left (except a few items I need to run the content for).
