Cloak has always had issues, but it used to purge dots so even if the effect was broken you still got some kind of benefit.
What do yall think of NBs evolution over the years, should they go back on some changes? I feel some of the nerfs were a bit much.
(Beserk, Minor Vitality Swallow Soul, Cloak 100% crit chance, etc. )
