This is the last week of the campaign, meaning more people are logging in, but not more than the system allows, ofc. So what is the matter? Structural.
Constant disconnections, freezes, desync, skills not firing and if there are more than 10 ppl in a 500m radius, there will be a disconnect soon. Why cant you just invest in a better server, better connection?
the saddest part is that here in the comment section there will be players just telling me to install a new game, give it a break.. caving in, not exercising their right to demand improvement as a consumer. We may be not all ESO plus, but we sure paid for the game and you are not delivering.

I'm not sure how you take "install a new game" as caving. Literally! The only power you have over them is to stop paying AND playing as much. I'm sure the suits view every login as a potential crown store purchase or frustration in inventory management to push you to buy a sub.

Sorry, but giving up and not complaining, removing yourself from the ocean of troubles as a droplet of water on a strike is the definition of caving in to me. Imo all this drop in performance (as new content is introduced and their hardware and connections aren't) is a calculated move from their part. Get as much money as they want before a new more lucrative product comes out. Ingame cosmetic items designers must outnumber the technical staff and out-perform them financially.

    It is just sad.
