Cutting dive

Argonianwerecroc212
Just wondering how many players use cutting dive over dizzy swing. Cutting just feels too slow to me. Why do you use what you use.

Cutting dive = easy mode. I have tried all sorts of other skills and keep coming back to it. Personally I find the way the skill fires helps me with weaving because I have a tendency to rush otherwise and mash the buttons too quickly and lose my sustain.

Cutting dive puts me in the sweet spot timing wise, the audial clues also help big time even though they may be out of synch with your button presses but as a musician I naturally subdivide tempo in my head for everything in real life. Cutting dive keeps my overall tempo down where most other skills make me play at a faster albeit steady tempo which causes the sustain issue.

    Why not both?

    This ^

Each has there purpose, depending on the situation. Having more choices are better then not. :)

Considering I’m even seeing stamblades now using d swing I imagine most use d swing over cutting dive I certainly see most stam wardens use d swing imo it is a spammable ultimate.

Cutting dive is so bad from a burst perspective in pvp.

One change I think the skill needs is for the travel time to be decreased. It is entirely too slow.

Being slow is the best part about it. Sub assault, dive, dizzy, execute so everything hits at once.

Same. She has zero skill in 2-handers, and would never use them. Doesn't fit her character at all.
I play ESO on XBOX NA
