Can Structured Entropy Critically Heal?

Structured Entropy
Adds a heal over time when the damage over time is active.
Bind an enemy with chaotic magic, dealing 4644 Magic Damage over 10 seconds, and healing you for [517 / 522 / 527 / 533] every 2 seconds.

Can the heal over time critical heal, or is it a flat number (like the heal from Crit Surge or Puncturing Sweeps)? I am wondering if Structured Entropy can proc the Combat Physician set.

That's how it used to be. Now there's some healing (like the healing you get from Crit Surge and Puncturing Sweep) that don't crit. They give a flat return on health and won't proc Combat Physician.

Crit surge heals can crit. Iirc only crits that are directly based on Damage done can not.

Ok i just tested it, Structured entropy can crit.

Also what @Ahzek seems to be right. Swallow soul's healing doesn't crit, but gives better healing if its damage crits.

Farmed some Combat Physician and tested. Crit Surge can proc Combat Physician.

that's what i thought too @OWLTHEMAD , but i'm testing it again right now and i'm not getting a single healing crit. Either its healing can't crit or i'm having REALLY bad luck.

I'm pretty sure swallow soul can't crit heal, but if the damage crits its healing is correspondingly increased. There might be some niche application where that's a good thing because it could allow you to spam the attack until it crits and then enjoy an extended string of larger than normal healing afterward.
