I can't use my skills after recovering from a stun. It's really annoying.

After getting stunned, I can't use any of my skills. Switching bars doesn't help. It happens very rarely (maybe once or twice a day) but when it does, I'm practically useless for 10-20 seconds or until I get stunned again. I've lost many PVP fights because of this bug. In some cases, the animations are cancelled immediately after firing a skill (e.g. Healing Springs). In other cases, nothing happens at all. ✭I've been seeing this issue a lot since I came to pc, didn't happen to me on ps4, but I know people are having the issue there as well. It always seemed to happen when I got knocked off my mount, so it seems CCs are causing it.1
