New player - what’s the optimal stam necro PvP race

I watched a ton of YouTube vids and it seems to be split between Nord, Dark Elf and Khajit..
Is there a consensus for the upcoming expansion and whatnot? I’m not sure how much will change then.

shrekt4303✭✭Nord. Necro has great sustain from damage mitigation and healing sourcesin pvp and nord plays into it very well. The new meta isnt gonna change much imo. Less impen traits and more well-fitted. You wont see people being God tanks and dps as often anymore either. You could go nord or orc and you'd be fine. Bosmer is okay. Khajit is okay. Redguard will be okay. Dark elf will be okay.1 -

✭✭I have liked Imperial Stamcro. For reasons on specific build(s). Also versatile. Not biggest damage potential and no extra mitigation (extra hp comes handy though on certain gear/buff setups), but has worked for me.
Orcs and Nords are the most popular though based on personal observation.
But, Imperial works.. i`ll leave it at that, details would be boring to explain lol.
And yes, using same character as a tank on PVE also. Works for both with great satisfaction for my taste. I know Nord would work also on such multitasking.
But yeah, Imperial has its benefits.
I would use Bosmer as a second pick personally. Again, for reasons lol. And for the playstyle it would open up. Bosmers Dodge roll bonus with Necro bonus penetration while Gravelord ability active is decently good. Extra speed & penetration for that evasive hit (hard) & run playstyle.. kite and hit hard again when ulti ready. MMmmmm.. Need that certain playstyle though for the benefits to really feel. Small things combined imo Bosmer has nice synergy with Necro class. If not wanna go just for high weapon damage numbers, but for more finesse, sustain and Rollin' like a Boss-mer.

✭✭Nord is probably the second most popular choice. Great pvp passives that are good as stam or magicka, tanking or dps. Just a good race. IMO, Nord has the best racial passives in the game for pvp.
Orc is flat out the best stam damage race. Sprint passives are fantastic for pvp.
Dunmer, what I play, second best raw stamina damage race. Plus works really well if you are fickle as swap between mag and stam builds.
Bosmer is under rated for pvp, but it kinda needs CP where roll dodge sets targets off balance, nets you 10% more damage, etc. The other races work in CP or noCP.

Semi serious answer: if you play a stamcro you can have a pet jumping on the keyboard and you’ll still perform well in pvp....simply OP0 -

✭✭I went Dunmer because I swap back and forth between mag and stam frequently enough for it to matter. Good enough in pve, good enough in pvp. Flexible enough to do anything. Khajiit is my "grass is greener" race I always think about changing to.
