Anyone use support recently? How long for a response

I understand the waiting times are delayed due to the circumstances, am looking to get a recently deleted character restored and was wondering how long response time has been for support recently if anyone has used it. Thanks.

    Off-topic:
    I'm wondering, regarding the "delayed due to the circumstances" reasons, why there is a delay anyway.
    Bethesda is promoting work from home policy, which is a good thing, don't get me wrong,
    So there should be no delays "due to the circumstances" if support employees are working from home.
    In IT or at similar jobs, it is irrelevant are you siting at computer in your home or in the office, from the customer perspective.
    If the staffing is as before, the service level should be the same or around the same.

    I've been in the PC Technical Support forum for a couple of weeks, and most people seem to be waiting at least one week for an actual response. The service received seems to also be questionable. It would be better to submit a ticket ASAP, whilst also creating or searching for a recent forum thread regarding your issue.

    I use the reply via text option. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes.

    Try using the support section on the site to put a ticket in, sometimes the game reports don't seem to make it where they are supposed to it seems. You should at least get an automated response while they are working on it and then I've heard from them in the next couple days after that.

    More importantly "how long for a USEFUL response".

    I used them about a month ago, needed to get my email address changed on my account as my old address belonged to a defunct domain name. It took about 10 days for them to resolve the issue but 7 days of that was a daily polite reminder from me that I still needed a response. Eventually got the account details questions, which I responded to and then after a couple of days, confirmation that my email address had been changed.

    About one to two weeks.

    Also the last two or three times I contacted them, their answers amounted to basically a shrug.

    Probably the least useful customer service team I have ever encountered. Polite, but not very useful.

    Three weeks ago my character got glitched and was falling into abyss until game force logged me. /stuck or other methods didn’t work. Took three weeks to get a ticket response from an employee.

    I've had a few character restorations in my time and they usually reply within a few days. The whole ordeal took up to a week. I recommend posting your ticket ID and including ZOS Billie, who seems pretty helpful. Good luck!

    The last ticket I submitted was in the middle of March and I still have not received a response.

    I have a friend that submitted a couple of issues and got the same presumably canned response for each, which we had a good laugh at on the discord since what he got a back said something to the effect of “try exiting the game”. I think what they were trying to say was to restart the client and see if that resolved the issue, but when you read his submission it came off more like “game not working? Just turn it off and go outside!” Rip

    Haha, ouch.

    I've had a few awkward interactions like that. Had one ticket years ago that was basically, "I see you attempted a troubleshooting technique in your ticket, but did you try it?"

    Quick update, still not had a response however I've noticed the ticker keeps 'updating' but with zero response, any idea what's up with that? :|
