Game not applying assigned keys

Yesterday and today (afternoon), I have trying to log into the game and when it does the ping is mostly 999+, but what I found is that my the shortctut keys I have assigned do not seem to work either...and have been reset to their defaults.
Yesterday morning it was working fine, the afternoon stuffed. This morning all working good and then when I get home from work, no longer working again.
The game has also been regularly kicking me back to the logion screen, during this time.
On NA server, Australian timezone.

Was working great in the morning, with the control keys I had assigned working, but afternoon....nope.
Also struggling to load into a zone, still waiting after 3-4 mins to get into Aurdion, while typing this message
Is there a refund process for Greyskull as I've paid for it on 3 accounts
