DLC dungeon rewards - match base dungeon vet (non-hardmode)?

Curious everyone's opinion...

Given the pain (also fun) that most DLC dungeons are - length, mechanics, etc.

Why are the DLC dungeon rewards the same as base game dungeons on normal? I think that they really should have vet based like rewards, and for the vet versions, perfected versions similar to trials.

Do others feel the same?

TLDR: DLC dungeons reward vs. challenge is not correct. nDLC should equal base dungeons on vet, and vet should be more like normal trials. Right now, they are not much of a progression benefit vs. other options.

    Well, they aren't the same. Not all of the DLC dungeons have rewards worthy of getting the Challenger Achievement (No Death, Hard Mode and Speed Run) but many do.

    For example the reward for Scalecaller Peak Challenger and Fang Lair Challenger. One is a skin, the other a personality if I remember correctly. Those rewards are definitely worth the effort in my opinion and to me a lot of fun running those dungeons. I don't remember all the skins, personalities or other rewards from running Vet DLC dungeons but many have some pretty cool rewards that non DLC Vet dungeons do not have.

    As for the Monster sets I find most of the Vet DLC dungeon Monster sets better to use for Tanks, Healers and DPS. Not all of course but to me it's pretty cool getting the Monster head pieces from the harder DLC Vet dungeons.

    Yes I agree, in some vet DLC dungeons the HM is pretty difficult with a PUG.
    And if you complete the vet non-HM you get the same pledge reward as completing it on normal.
    The monster helm is for killing the final boss on vet difficulty, it has little to do with the pledge reward if you ask me.

    The vet DLC-HM could give a better reward, maybe a gold transmute stone container.
    The vet DLC non-HM could be a purple transmute stone container.
    And the normal DLC could stay the same.

    I think they could modify keys rewarded:

    Normal base game = 1 key
    Veteran base game = 1 key
    Veteran base game HM = 2 keys

    Normal DLC = 2 keys
    Veteran DLC = 3 keys
    Veteran DLC HM = 4 keys

    Extra keys are enough. I'll pass on more perfected gear that we have to re-grind. Plus, it will raise the top handful of DPS players and ZOS will be all, "Oh no! Joe Schmo got X DPS on the target dummy. We need to over-nerf everything!!"
