Activity Finder Bug [PC/NA]

Multiple times per day, I get a bug where my Dungeon Activity Finder notification goes straight to the Notifications screen without any on-screen prompt. Then when I immediately look on the Notifications screen, it shows a timed-out Activity Finder notification, but I cannot accept nor decline it. I waited for almost 10 minutes tonight, just to see if it would go away, and it does not. I have to exit the game completely, and relaunch it. The broken notification will persist if I only log out, then back in to the character. It happens most often on my Warden with the healer role selected, with DLC dungeons, but it does happen on other class/role/content combinations, as well. The same thing has been happening to me intermittently as well for the past several weeks, the best way I've found to deal with it is to go back into the activity finder, leave queue, and then rejoin. Usually there's about a ~50% chance it'll actually work the next time it pops.

As a primarily healer/tank player It's very annoying, if I this happened to me as a dps I would consider it a deal breaker. The sad thing is after going through several threads about this topic made throughout the life of the game this bug afaik has never been acknowledged by zenimax.

Unfortunately, it will not let me leave the queue because it shows me as waiting on group members. The option to leave queue is ghosted out, as a result. To get myself out of this queue status, I have to exit the game completely.

It just happened again to me, and this is only the second time this evening that I've used the Activity Finder. Again, this is on my Warden Healer queued for veteran Fang Lair.

I get this on my Warden healer aswell. My other characters are pvp so i avent tried. I can't use activity finder.

This is happening to me on all my chars. Yay.
