In the new Greymoor update does Double bloody mara advance your vampire lvl or reduce it? Because they have changed the way feeding works.

The normal one should reduce your stage, the one with health regen increase it. They changed names, Disastrously is now "Corrupting". Effectively still the same food.
Think the normal one is now "Purifying Bloody Mara".
