Missing user directory

I am not sure where else to go at this point but I cannot use addons. I am now intimately familiar with the pathing and have done everything I've read online but I've never been able to use an addon.
I cannot find the user directory now but everything works so it's somewhere. I have searched for the usersettings.txt file to no avail. I have re-installed the game at least 5 times now but still no joy. I've used minion to no avail. It cannot find the directory even on a deep search of all drives. I'm not sure what's left but I'm hoping someone can guide me to the right answer.

morosebizarrob14_ESOSoul ShrivenOk so I figured it out. The directory was hiding in the programdata folder. It's hidden so no search would find it. I just renamed it and launched the game which forced it to do its thing.
