Problem with "Blacksmith Survey: Coldharbour I"

I have collected resources multiple times at this location. The last time around (quite a while... more than a game reinstallation ago), the scroll didn't disappear from my inventory after clearing the site.
Ever since, I find myself unable to do this survey (the site is always empty), even though I have a stack of the corresponding scrolls by now.

I have experimented with the problem by handing the scrolls to another of my characters via household chest. The other character finds an empty site, as well.
I have split the stack of scrolls and handed part of it back to the original character. Neither character carrying a part of the stack sees any ore at the site.

I guess there's simply a flag set wrong with the item, but it affects my entire account.
I have written a /bug report, but didn't get any reaction.
I have written a /help report and got a standard reply, telling me that the ticket was closed and requesting me to open a /bug report or posting in the support section of the forum (which I hereby do).

I'd be glad and grateful, if someone could have a look at my account, my chars, and the scrolls.

Thank you in advance and stay healthy!

Just to be clear: if there's a resource node left with my scrolls, then it's either invisible or hidden in a rock for me - as the red of the ore is a quite obvious and stark contrast to the blue of coldharbour and my characters have Keen Eye:Ore ;)
