Summary of problems plaguing ESO on EU-PC

Hey there, let's make a summary of all problems that we encounter day by day in ESO

As for EU-PC:

Cyrodiil:

• skills and actions not responding, or responding with a huge delay
  
• bugged ultimates, you can spam ulti ability and pray it will fire after tenth try
  
• random disconnects
  
• random stuck in combat bug
  
• random loadscreens(loadscreen in a middle of a battle? you got it)
  
• can't even have a 1 vs 1 duel without sick delay for most of the time, after a while you stop caring about winning, because ability not firing/lag can ruin it in any moment

PvE:

• horrific lags happening in instances(999 ping, slideshows)
  
• skills and actions not responding, or responding with a huge delay just like in Cyro
  
• some bosses are utterly broken

For both PvP and PvE you can get a random disconnect and an 'unexpected error" not allowing you to log back in.

Please add any problems you have encountered(and are still happening).
