Anyone having problems with grim focus counter on action duration reminder?

What the title says, when switchnig training dummies for example the addon just stops tracking the counter for whatever reason, then after reloading ui and testing it seems to work fine. However if i let combat expire and refresh the buff and try going at it again it will not show the grim focus counter yet again. It's very annoying cause im trying to build up ulti on a different dummy so i can open on the 21 mil one only to find out i cant count my bow procs....
