Hello, any other good mmo:s out there to replace ESO that you could recommend?

I think GW2 might be most similar to ESO. At least, that I can think of.

Uh the most similar crimson desert in development and blue protocol also in development. Those are the only to that might be similar. One is a Korean mmo dev known for its extreme play to win and cash shop that makes eso blush with its shame and audacity. The other is extreme anime and might not be to your tastes or mine.

Crimson desert claims to be a slightly more traditional mmo and iirc what little we know about it was inspired by eso model. So mostly a pve experience, but time will tell if all the bs pe hype is true or they just hyping their next gacha mmo. ESO needs competition so I’m really really hoping crimson desert is really great ,but seeing BDO and playing it for a bit makes me go in with 0 expectations.

As for blue protocol dunno much about it other than it’s open world with story. It’s definitely trying to go fir the ff14 cute market as opposed to eso and CD. CD is allegedly closed bets this year and blue protocol is in limited beta in japan now.

I haven't played it in quite a few years so I can't speak to where the game is today but based on my experience in the past the Secret World is worth a look if you are into Lovecraftian horror.

It’s basically dead sadly. I mean it’s got a small community left but it’s been mismanaged big time. It’s secret world legends now.

Wished is was a bit more like GW on choosing weapons though (unless they changed it and I've been living under a rock) and play my pet build necro with a 2h great sword and/or bow.

Secret World is deader than dead.
WoW has a big problem with bots.
Not an MMO but, Warframe is huge fun, if you are into that sort of games.
Neverwinter is surprisingly very crowded. They also made lots of events lately and pulled many old players back. Starter zones are crowded. It only takes a few minutes to get into the trials-dungeons and skirmishes as a DPS. Also, the most helpful in-game community that I've seen. There is no PvP though.

Personally I've always been a bit of a WoW fanboy. Mostly because you can PvP pretty much anywhere. It's super exciting when you're levelling a new character and run into random fights. I've met a lot of friends this way, whereas in ESO I'm mostly solo. They have these special drops that fall out of the sky loaded with goodies, so when people see it fly by it's an all out war to see which faction can open it first. And this is just in the regular overland stuff - there's also Battlegrounds and arenas.

Well that's a real shame it had a really unique setting.

Go play WoW of FF14. It is easy to search for MMORPGs that are out there and if you really got into this game or any game before it you will have gamer friends to talk to about what they are playing. That is if you are a half-serious player.

If you've ever played table-top DnD or can get your head around the dice based system then you might enjoy Dungeons and Dragons Online......

It's old but atm having a bit of a resergence, personally it kept me happy for many a year. You might need to do a bit of research to find the busiest server for your timezone . 😀
    When people say to me........
"You're going to regret that in the morning"
I sleep until midday cos I'm a problem solver!
