PVP build that works on low level char?

I'd like to try PVP for the first time and I'm looking for a solo build (I prefer a gank/stealth playstlye with ranged attacks, magicka or endurance doesn't really matter). But all the builds I've found are for maxed out chars with level 50, hundreds of CP and optimal gear. Are there any builds that work on low level characters without CP and endgame gear?

✭✭✭✭✭Crafted sets are the only viable option for low level PvP, @Homernoid ... since you level out of dropped gear in a hurry.
Find a guildie, friend, or crafter in-game to make you two (2) 5-piece crafted sets.
Low level monster sets are extremely rare and only come in shoulders (after redeeming event keys long ago) ... so you’ll just have to find a random 2-piece to round out your build.0
