Can't log in to eso account on website

I'm trying to pre-order myself Greymoor, and to do so need to login to my account on ESO's account/store.

I can not login here: https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ or on the store. If I enter my details and press sign-in, nothing happens. This renders me incapable of pre-ordering or purchasing the expansions. I made a ticket a week ago, and my ticket is still "Waiting on an Agent" to reply. I've been waiting 6 days to be specific.

My problem was experienced very recently by others here:

That thread was closed by a dev because the problem was supposedly solved. I am STILL experiencing the problem.

Has anyone in the previous thread since had their issue resolved? Does anyone have a solution for me?

Have you tried disabling any browser add-ons or trying a different browser to login? Are you able to log in using a separate device (i.e. smartphone)?

In the thread you linked, I think many of those people were experiencing issues related to the login server itself being down. From what you said, it still sounds like you're can still play the game, which was not the case for many others in that thread.
