Tormented Spire discover

One of my character have discovered marker for the Tormented Spire in Stonefalls. Without any quests here. But I can't remember the way to it. Travel to friend? Some dirty way around the mountain?
I mean not the access to the location. Only discovered marker

Hans_58✭✭Sometimes you pass close to a delve and it gets marked as discovered. It can be on the other side of the rock or a bit farther away. So basically you have to mark the entrance and start looking for a way to get there.0
