Hi, I recently tied my PC subscription to my old XBox One account. I am unable to log in to the game and play the $90 worth of game content that I have recently purchased as I do not know my secret question or my password. I am literally stuck in between a rock and a hard place and unable to play. I am in desperate need of an agent to assist me in changing my secret question, along with a successful password reset.
