Xbox One: How I fix character load screen
Xbox One: Sometimes when I try logging into Elder Scrolls Online on my Xbox One, I can not load the character screen and the game fails to connect. This trick has always worked for me.
On the Xbox One when the character screen does not want to load. I click on the Guide button, then I highlight Elder Scrolls Online, then I press the Start button, then click Manage game & add-ons, then I scroll to the bottom where it says Saved data and finally I click delete all. Then when I load the game I can always access the character screen.
