Unable to Cast Abilities at Resources in Cyrodiil
After arriving on a resource abilities won't fire and there appears to be some resource d-sync.

The "dancing" or spastic movement is me trying to do a heavy or light attack. You can see my stamina drops to 0 at around 37 seconds as well.
This happened to me several times this week in the Blackreach campaign. It only seemed to happen solo or with a small group of players.
Edit: I should add this happened with most alliances below 2 bars of population. We experience minimal lag (compared to other campaigns) outside of this issue at resources.
