Been here 7 years, never saw where I can't respawn at a forward camp. There's no timer, I've never used a camp today, there's no circle around the camp. There's no "Burning 49827 days" in my stats list, rebooted computer, repaired game, still can't spawn at any forward camp & I died right next to one.
