Please ZOS, Can we get a serious answer to the lag issue

I am not going to tag the mods in here as I am sure they read all posts regardless.

Can we please get a straight answer regarding the lag/bugs/skill delay we are experiencing and if it will be fixed with any sort of ROUGH time scale?

They all promised "perfomance upgrades" and yet here we are.

There are older reports, but game was in shambles even more then.

I could go on, but if they havent fixed this in past 3 years and counting Im not hoding my breath.

Sadly only MMO that can compare in fun/hr is WOW.
There are other MMO-s of course, but WOW and ESO are on the top. Difference being WOW works almost flawlessly, but it is not as fun as ESO ( when it manages to work every now and then ). ESO looks better, better mechanics but is plagues by subpar engine that can not cope with a game as ESO. Add to that poor servers that are simply not strong enough to service player base and you get sad state that we are in now.

What they say means nothing. You should judge by their actions. Their actions over the last couple of years should be your answer. They can’t and won’t fix it without a ground-up redo.

This post is not intended to for everyone to repeat what has been said 1,000 times in other posts about historical events. I am simply asking what THEIR plan is for the future.

I am hopeful for an answer to the question and would prefer it if anyone that posts does not violate the T&Cs so this post does not get removed to give time for ZoS to reply.

I (and I am sure many many others) ask if you could answer this one question so we can be hopeful and see a future for our much loved MMO.
