Mods with Texture updates?

There are some really good modders out there today and I was wondering if ZOS allows mods to update and make changes to textures and lighting. The reason I ask is because I also play the Witcher 3 and the mods I've installed on that game really make the game even better. Also something that would be amazing is the draw distance of grass!!!

You will find a few on Nexus mods that are updated around May 2019 so they are not ancient like from 2014.

Nothing for textures I'm afraid. AI texture upscalers are so good these days that I hope ZOS at least goes that route, and just throws their entire game into an upscaler to provide an Ultra texture option.

A great visual mod every PC player should be using though is Daybreak, which pushes the atmospheric fog waaaaaaay back without removing it entirely, so the game looks like it was made in the 21st century where draw distances in video games are a thing
