A few questions about this...
“Inflicts 2000 healing absorption to the target for 2.3 seconds” made by using dragon blood and several other reagents.
How does that work is it a flat one time 2000 heal absorption?
Or does it reduce healing 2000 for each heal cast within 2.3 secs? (Example two vigor ticks and rally)
Also halved in cyrodil?
Seeing if it’s worth making a few of these, Or just sticking to damage health ix .
