2 issues
1. when trying to sell things to merchants it is telling me no permissions to deposit into guild bank... its a merchant not a guild bank
2. i cant see Dahfnar, is there a prroblem with the npc? i have aquest hand in for him but he is not there.

Make sure you have disabled all add-ons you're currently using. An add-on could be causing this error with the guild bank.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
