Repetitive refreshments in Craglorne

Since a few days in Craglorne I encounter a problem of repetitive refreshments of the game window. I am not the only one in this case, players facing the same problem as me during a group session. This becomes problematic as it can be repeated a dozen times in a row.

Pog_Mahone✭✭✭Happened to me yesterday while I was doing surveys. I noticed that it occurs mostly on the northern part of craglorn. In the same location where I usually have clipping textures. Maybe its not related. I tried to submit a ticket but everytime I had a loading screen to prevent it.0
